Demerit Points remain in your Record for 2 years from the date you got the Ticket.

For a "G" License you will be called to an interview with the Ministry of Transportation when you reach 9 points. You will be suspended for 30 days if you reach 12 points and for a "G2" or "G1" license you will be suspended if you reach 6 points.

If you get a Ticket, consult with us before you make any decision as to how you want toproceed.  We will save you a considerable amount of money and stress.
