Demerit Points remain in your Record for 2 years from the date you got the Ticket.
For a "G" License you will be called to an interview with the Ministry of Transportation when you reach 9 points. You will be suspended for 30 days if you reach 12 points and fora "G2" or "G1" license you will be suspended if you reach 6 points.
If you get a Ticket, consult with us before you make any decision as to how you want toproceed. We will save you a considerable amount of money and stress.
If you get tickets outside of Ontario or in New York, Michigan or New Jersey the points will be entered into your Ontario Driving Recor because of existing Reciprocity Agreements.
